In the second quarter of 2024, the iOS theme park apps market demonstrated varied performance metrics, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a look at the top theme park apps and their user engagement over the period.

LEGOLAND® Billund Resort saw a steady increase in downloads, starting at around 500K in the first week of April and peaking at over 800K by the end of June. Weekly active users also showed an upward trend, from approximately 600K to over 1.3M, indicating growing engagement with the app.

Disneyland® Paris experienced a moderate number of downloads, beginning at nearly 300K and rising to about 350K by late June. The weekly active users for the app fluctuated between 500K and 700K, with a slight uptick towards the end of the quarter.

Heide Park Resort had a lower download volume compared to others, with a notable peak of approximately 140K in early May. The app's weekly active users saw a gradual increase from around 300K to over 400K, suggesting a rise in user retention.

Universal Studios Japan showed relatively modest download numbers, hovering around 50K to 80K throughout the quarter. The app's active users saw a high of nearly 100K in mid-May but generally remained below 80K for most weeks.

My Disney Experience had a varied performance, with downloads ranging from as low as 7K to a peak of 66K in late June. The app's weekly active users also saw a diverse range, from 32K to 77K, ending the quarter on a positive note.
